DETAILS

• For most Fiesta Buffets, Guapo's Team arrives about an hour before your serving time with everything to make your party a memorable one.
• Guapos will supply plates, utensils, and napkins. We will set up a Colorful and Festive Buffet with Sarapes, Piñatas and Sombreros. Guapo's Catering takes care of everything so you are free to join in the fiesta with your guests.
• When you select Guapo's Catering to celebrate your fiesta, call us and we will finalize your plans, discuss menus, and determine staff needs to guarantee a perfect fiesta. We will take a credit card to reserve your party date.

  Two Mesquite Grilled Alambres with beef, chicken, and vegetables. A skewer served with Mexican rice, a la Charra Beans, fresh flour tortillas, Pico de Gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and chips and salsa.
  
  
• BRUNCH EL PATRON $ 12.25 per person*
  Wraps de Huevo con chorizo (scrambled eggs with Spanish sausage) wrapped in our hot and fresh flour tortillas. Tamal de Elote served with sour cream, Mexican rice, refried beans, Pico de Gallo and guacamole.

  Chicken and beef fajitas, Mexican rice a la Charra beans, Pico de Gallo, guacamole, sour cream, vegetables and fresh flour tortillas, chips and salsa.

  Two enchiladas (choice of beef or chicken), and one beef tamalito. Covered with chile con carne sauce. Served with rice, refried beans, pico de gallo and sour cream. (MUST HAVE OVEN ON SITE)
